Cares Act

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES ACT) is a 2.3 trillion aid package approved to help the US economy adversely impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. It contains provisions to assist businesses facing financial difficulties due to this worldwide health crisis. It provides fully refundable credits for employee retention, access to loans, delays in payment for employee taxes, and direct payments to self-employed and small businesses, among other provisions.
